Who you're contracting with

This service is operated by Denise Joy G. Guico, trading as YardMargin, an individual seller based in the Philippines. By creating an account or using this service, you agree to these Terms.

Billing is month-to-month

Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, your plan renews automatically each month (or each year if you chose annual billing) until you cancel.

Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as our reseller of record and handles payment processing, invoicing, tax, order fulfillment, and returns/refunds for this service. Your purchase is also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.

Who owns what

The product — its software, code, design, branding, benchmarks, and written content — is owned by Denise Joy G. Guico. You get a limited, non-exclusive right to use it while your plan is active. You keep ownership of the business, job, and customer data you enter; we only host and process it to run the service for you.

Cancel anytime, no penalty

You can cancel from the Billing page at any time. There's no cancellation fee and no minimum term. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be billed again after that.

What this tool is — and isn't

This is a calculation and coaching tool. It does math on the numbers you enter, compares them to industry benchmarks, and writes suggestions in plain English. It is not financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice, and it is not a guarantee that you'll hit any particular profit, margin, or outcome. The numbers are only as good as the data you put in — check anything important before you act on it. Business decisions are yours.

Fair use

Don't use the app for anything illegal, and don't abuse the AI features — no automated hammering of the coaching or summary tools, no reselling the output as your own service, and no attempts to break, scrape, or overload the app. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your data

The job and customer data you enter stays yours. We only host and process it to run the service for you — see the Privacy Policy.
